    If you need shuttle service from the airport, call the hotel from the display board in baggage claim areas of the airport; or dial direct at 800-663-0299 or 604-273-7878 and request a pick up. Please wait for your shuttle at the designated area. Click here for more info

    Accessible Transportation Info: For any Working 2 Walk hotel guests that are unable to use the hotel’s shuttle bus, the hotel will be covering the cost for alternate taxi transportation to/from the airport and hotel. All guests utilizing taxi transportation must follow the instructions below:

    Airport to Hotel:
    Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the taxi stand located at the Domestic and US/International Arrivals level. Please speak with the YVR staff member and request a "Richmond Taxi accessible vehicle". There is a limited number of accessible taxis. Should multiple Working 2 Walk hotel guests arrive simultaneously, there may be a wait while the taxi company transports everyone to the hotel. The taxi will be compensated at the hotel in the form of a voucher. The Working 2 Walk hotel guest will NOT be required to pre-pay the taxi, please advise the driver that your trip payment will be handled by the hotel.

    Hotel to Airport:
    Please advise the front desk when you require an accessible taxi to the airport. Allow for extra time, as there is a limited number of accessible taxis and there may be multiple Working 2 Walk hotel guests trying to go to the airport simultaneously. The hotel will call the taxi company and have a voucher payment for the taxi driver. The taxi will take you to your designated departure gate.
