An Exciting Change is Coming Soon

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be upgrading to a new donor management system starting in early April. We’ve been working on migrating all the data from our old provider to our new provider for a few months, and will be finalizing the transition in the next week.
Donor management software helps U2FP manage events like our Annual Symposium, process donations, send our newsletter, and engage our community in fundraising opportunities like Team U2FP. Anytime you are registering for an event, reading our latest newsletter, or making a donation, you are interacting with our donor management system.
We thought spring was a great time to start fresh with a new, more robust donor management system.
Fun fact - our new provider is a software called Bloomerang, which is also the name of a lilac varietal! We’re giving you a heads up about this change now, since you’ll begin to notice some minor changes to the look of our donation forms, giving receipts and other engagement tools.
What to Expect:
- No Immediate Action Needed. Your current information will be securely transferred to the new system. We’ll reach out to you individually if there is specific information we need; however we don’t anticipate that you’ll hear from us.
- Enhanced Features. The new software will allow us to provide you with a smoother experience for event registration, donations and many other engagement opportunities.

We are excited about this software improvement and are confident it will ultimately lead to a more seamless engagement experience for our growing community of supporters and partners.
