U2FP is excited to announce a special screening of the film Move Me, Kelsey Peterson’s documentary about the emotional and physical challenges of her life after suffering a spinal cord injury. Watch the trailer here.

The film, which is still racking up selections and accolades on the film festival circuit, will be given a private showing by U2FP here in Minneapolis on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 7pm in the Cowles Center for Dance & the Performing Arts.

This special event will feature a live question and answer session with Kelsey after the film, along with drinks and desert. Spots are limited, and tickets are only $25, so reserve your seat now. All ticket sales and donations will benefit U2FP.

Kelsey will also be joined in her Q&A session by SCI musician Freaque, creator of The Cripples Dance performance piece that is featured prominently in the film.

This special screening event is a great opportunity to pause and reflect on where we all are, individually and collectively, within the SCI Community. Come out and celebrate this beautiful film and engage in a stimulating conversation with Kelsey about what it took for her to make it, how it evolved over time and how she feels now that the movie is having an impact across the country.

So come share your voice - whether that means coming across town, coming in from the suburbs, or making a special trip from farther out to share in this special event. You won't want to miss it.
