A Global Day of Giving for the SCI Community

Giving Tuesday is here!

What is Giving Tuesday? It's a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

We want to use this day of giving to encourage you to make a year-end gift, or become a monthly donor to U2FP.

U2FP continues to work hard for the SCI Community, and these two groups of supporters have made a huge difference in our being able to make important gains, such as:

  • Adding $18.8 million to SCI research funding in the last 5 years through state legislatures with our Cure Advocacy Network
  • Fostering real-time collaborations between researchers and industry leaders at this year's Working 2 Walk Virtual Symposium
  • Partnering with Dr. Leslie Morse’s team at the University of Minnesota to rigorously research the effects of exercise in the SCI population as part of our Activity Based Therapy/Exercise Work Group
  • Producing timely and relevant content for the SCI Community (such as Sam Maddox's piece from Monday, The EStim Bandwagon Effect) on our blog, newsletters and podcasts.

The amount of support doesn't matter as much as your ongoing, sustained commitment to be a part of the movement to cure spinal cord injury.

Please share this message with your friends and family, or post on social media, so we can spread the word and make more progress towards finding cures for paralysis.
